How It Works

Clear steps, from first call to ongoing care

  1. Contact Daryeel Waalid

Call or send us a message. We listen to your family's needs.

  2. Patient registration

We register the client and give them a permanent Client ID.

  3. Initial assessment

A nurse visits to complete a full initial nursing assessment.

  4. Care plan creation

An individual care plan is agreed with the family and doctor.

  5. Nurse assignment

A dedicated nurse is assigned so the client sees a familiar face.

  6. Home visits

Scheduled visits at home, recorded digitally on every visit.

  7. Health monitoring

Vital signs and changes are tracked; concerns are escalated quickly.

  8. Family updates

Families follow visit reports and health updates in their portal.

Your permanent Client ID

Each client receives a permanent ID (for example 1004NH). It never changes, so the full care history always stays together.

Digital visit records

Nurses record vital signs, observations and care on a tablet or phone — even where the internet is weak. Records upload when the connection returns.

Reviewed family updates

Our team reviews clinical information before it is shared with the family portal, so updates are accurate and clear.

Emergencies: Emergency care is never delayed by paperwork, internet connection or waiting for approval. Our nurses follow local emergency procedures immediately.
